This is an online only auction, no live auction will be held.

Bids once placed cannot be retracted! Please read all descriptions and make sure you are prepared to complete the transaction before placing any bids!

AUCTION CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00 PM Central Time on Thursday, March 23rd, 2023. The first item will begin to close at 7:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 3 minutes after that. The closing time of a lot will be automatically extended by 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes on that lot.

AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase.

Winning bidders may pick their items up on:

Saturday, March 25th, 2023 from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM

ITEM PICK-UP LOCATION:

Hermann High School gym (or Brian Grannemann Services office in Hermann during business hours if the buyer is not picking up at the event at the High School on Saturday)

PAYMENT: Items are to be paid for at time of pick up.

WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly.

CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.

The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.

In the event a winning bidder does not pick up their items, make arrangements for an alternate pick up time, or make arrangements for payment and shipping by the end of the last scheduled pick up day the Auction Company has the right to sell the items to a back up bidder if they choose. Additionally, the Auction Company may at their discretion permanently ban the non paying bidder from doing business with Schneider Auctioneers LLC in all future auctions.

Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Schneider Auctioneers, LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR SCHNEIDER AUCTIONEERS, LLC SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary by Schneider Auctioneers, LLC.
