This is an online only auction, no live auction will be held.

All items sell as is, where is with any and all faults or flaws. Items sell with no warranty stated or implied. Items have not been tested by the auction company unless it is stated in the item description.  An item listed as "runs and drives" only means the item's engine started and drove forward and backward on our yard and was not tested by our company in an extensive manor.  If there are obvious mechanical flaws we may point them out if we see them, but we do not test every function of every item.  Bidders are strongly encouraged to come and test the items themselves.

Bids once placed cannot be retracted!  Please read all descriptions and make sure you are prepared to complete the transaction before placing any bids!

STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:00 PM Central Time on Wednesday, May 11th, 2022. The first item will begin to close at 6:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 15 seconds after that. The closing time of each lot will be automatically reset to 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last two minutes on that lot.

ITEM PREVIEW DAYS: Bidders will be able to inspect and view items at 4177 HWY V V, Berger, MO 63014 on:

• Saturday, April 23rd from 8 AM - Noon
• Saturday, April 30th from 8 AM - Noon
• Saturday, May 7th from 8 AM - Noon
• Monday, May 9th from 8 AM - 5 PM
• Tuesday, May 10th from 8 AM - 5 PM
• Wednesday, May 11th (auction close day) from 8 AM - until after the auction closes
• Other times available by appointment

It is highly recommended that bidders preview the items in person. If you can not attend at the scheduled time, please call 573-834-2207 or 573-291-8075 to make other arrangements.

Winning bidders may pick their items up on: 

• No load outs will be done on Thursday, May 12th.
• Friday, May 13th from 8-5
• Saturday, May 14th from 8-2
• Monday through Friday May 16th-20th from 8-5
• Reasonable alternate pick-up arrangements can be made with the auction company by calling 573-834-2207 or 573-291-8075. NO SUNDAY LOAD OUTS.
• ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN 20 DAYS OF THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION! Any items still in our yard after 20 days from the close of auction will incur a $10 per day storage charge per item.  Any items still in our yard by the beginning of the next auction will be automatically re-consigned to the next auction regardless of payment status.

LOAD OUT/PICK-UP LOCATION: 4177 HWY V V, Berger, MO 63014, auction company will have forklifts on site to assist buyers with loading.

SHIPPING: Schneider Auctioneers LLC WILL NOT offer shipping for this auction, we do however have a shipping broker we recommend.  Please call Caleb Johnson with Medallion Transport at 419-610-7081 or email him at calebjohnson@medallionagent.com.  The buyer is responsible for negotiating, arranging and paying for shipping.

AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 3% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $103.00 at check out.

PAYMENT: We do not automatically charge your card on file (if you have one on file).

Accepted forms of payment include:

• New bidders (bidders that have not purchased from us before) that spend over $2,000 must pay by bank wire transfer or cash. We will email you our bank wire transfer information the morning after the auction.
• Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express (with a 3% convenience fee). We do not accept credit or debit cards on transactions over $2,000 from new customers.
• Personal or business check. Checks over $2,000 are not accepted from new bidders.
• Bank wire transfer
• Cash
• Payment must be made when items are picked up or before you send your shipper. Items must absolutely be paid for within 7 days of the close of the auction, no exceptions.
• Title & possession of auction items does not pass to bidder until item/items are paid for in full according to our payment terms above.

SALES TAX: Some items being sold in this auction (items that do not qualify for the agriculture sales tax exemption) require sales tax of 6.975% to be charged and will be noted as such in their description. Titled vehicles may require sales tax to be charged at the time of registration in the buyer's licensing jurisdiction.

Sellers of items in this auction are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items or having someone else bid on or buy back their items.  If Seller attempts to bid on or buy back their own items or colludes with someone else to run up the price, the Auction Company has the right to void the bids placed.  In addition, the rate of commission for all the Seller’s items in the auction will double, and the Seller (along with anyone colluding with the Seller) will be prohibited from doing business with Schneider Auctioneers LLC as a buyer or seller in all future auctions.  At the Auction Companies discretion, it may decide to remove all of Seller’s items from the auction.

WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly.

CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.

The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.

The Auction Company reserves the right to privately disclose to competing bidders who the competing or winning bidder was on a specific lot or lots if they request that information, but only after the auction has ended.

In the event a winning bidder does not pick up their items on the advertised pickup dates or make arrangements for payment by the end of the last pick up day the Auction Company has the right to sell the items to a back up bidder if they choose. Additionally, the Auction Company may at their discretion permanently ban the non paying bidder from doing business with Schneider Auctioneers LLC in all future auctions.

Personal and property risk: Persons attending during preview, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person(s) and property and specifically release and hold harmless the Auction Company, Auction Staff and Seller from liability or other recourse, therefore neither the Auction Company, nor the Seller shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises on which the sale is held.

Auction Company at their discretion may ban any bidders from participating in this or future auctions that do not abide by these terms and conditions or is a detriment to the auction process in any way.

Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Schneider Auctioneers, LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR SCHNEIDER AUCTIONEERS, LLC SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary by Schneider Auctioneers, LLC.
